This is a safe place with no serious crime being committed here which means safety for the retired and their families.
One more thing that I have realized since finding my house in Costa Rica is the wonderful weather. The summers are cool and the winters are pleasant. Buying a property here means a valuable investment which will fetch great profits if we decide to sell it at any given time.
Besides all these benefits the weather is mild and pleasant being neither too cold in winter nor too warm in summer. What more could we ask for, for finding my house in Costa Rica. Investing in property in this country is the most profitable deal one could make.
