Make sure you can make the move that you want before you put yours on the market. Go through your lender to get pre-approved for a home plan. When you are given a written approval, you’ll know if you’re successful in selling your home.

You might benefit from setting up a line of credit against your home’s equity. If you need money quickly for a down payment, this can do it.
